Bulltek specializes in metalworking by manufacturing metal components and finished metal products of various precision and metal characteristics.

Our metalworking services include punching, bending, cutting, welding, press welding, robotic welding, turning, CNC milling and riveting. Our technicians and welders are a vital part of any metalworking process. Bulltek’s employees working in the metalworking department are certified to operate the specific machinery involved in the production process of our client’s product.

The certification along with our internal training and years of experience enables our team to manufacture high quality products.
The quality of our products is also guaranteed by our engineering and quality departments that oversee the entire production process to ensure that the products manufactured comply with world-class technology and quality standards.

Bulltek manufactures metal components for companies in the automotive, home appliance, power and automation industries.
 

Machinery

  • Stamping Presses: 12 presses for calibration and press tools, including 7 automatic and 5 manual stamping presses with a tonnage range from 50 to 800 tons, operating with sheet steel in coils and flat formats
  • Bending: 4 CNC hydraulic press brakes - 160 tons. The maximum material capacity is 2830 mm x 1000 mm, with bending angles ranging from 70o to 180o
  • Welding: 3 resistance welding (ERW) machines, 4 manual welding machines, 4 semi – automatic robotic welding units, 3 fully robotic welding machines, and 2 hardening machines
  • CNC Milling: 6 CNC milling machines equipped with Fanuc and Siemens controls: one 5-axis machines with two workstations, one 3-axis machine with a single workstation, four 4-axis machines, each with two workstations
  • CNC Turning: 4 Nexturn CNC lathes
  • Riveting: 4 manual riveting machines and 1 robotic riveting unit
