Machinery
- Stamping Presses: 12 presses for calibration and press tools, including 7 automatic and 5 manual stamping presses with a tonnage range from 50 to 800 tons, operating with sheet steel in coils and flat formats
- Bending: 4 CNC hydraulic press brakes - 160 tons. The maximum material capacity is 2830 mm x 1000 mm, with bending angles ranging from 70o to 180o
- Welding: 3 resistance welding (ERW) machines, 4 manual welding machines, 4 semi – automatic robotic welding units, 3 fully robotic welding machines, and 2 hardening machines
- CNC Milling: 6 CNC milling machines equipped with Fanuc and Siemens controls: one 5-axis machines with two workstations, one 3-axis machine with a single workstation, four 4-axis machines, each with two workstations
- CNC Turning: 4 Nexturn CNC lathes
- Riveting: 4 manual riveting machines and 1 robotic riveting unit
