Our Injection molding machines park includes 25 units thermoplastic machines with a tonnage of 35 up to 500 ton. The materials supported by the Thermoplastic machinery park includes: PA, PA6, PA66, PP, PE, POM, PC, PSU, PPS, PS and ABS.
Our Injection molding machines park includes 7 units thermoset machines with a tonnage of 270 up to 560 tons. The materials supported by the Thermoset machinery park includes: BMC (Bulk Molding Compound), PF (Phenolic Molding Compound), MF (Melamine Molding Compound).
Bulltek specializes in metalworking since its inception in 2009 by manufacturing metal components and finished metal products of various precision and metal characteristics. To become the one stop solution of our customer’s project, our metalworking services include punching, bending, cutting, welding, press welding, robotic welding, turning, CNC milling and riveting. Having expert technicians and welders is a vital part of any metalworking process. Bulltek’s employees working in the metalworking department are certified to operate the specific machinery involved in the production process of our client’s product. The certifications along with Bulltek internal training and years of experience enable our team to manufacture high quality products. The quality of our products is also guaranteed by our engineering and quality departments that oversee the entire production process to ensure that the products manufactured comply with world-class technology and quality standards.

Bulltek’s tool shop is designed to improve the efficiency of company production by offering services such as machinery preventive maintenance, equipment repair and new tooling manufacturing. The department is fully equipped to perform maintenance on machines and tools on a periodical basis to avoid machinery breakdown and machinery inefficiencies.
The expertise of the tool shop team as well as the Bulltek’s precision equipment enable the company to provide solutions for the creation of punching tools as well as thermoset and thermoplastic injection molding tools. Bulltek has initiated a preventive maintenance plan on company’s machinery to eliminate machinery downtime which ultimately affect production efficiency.
