We are currently looking to hire a QUALITY ENGINEER for our team.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzes non-conformities and suggests corrective actions for improvements
Responsible for correct and timely fulfillment of 8D reports and sharing them with the Customer
Involved in the training process of workers with regards to defining and clarifying quality criteria
Customer claims handling, root cause analysis, suggesting and implementing corrective actions by defining and coordinating a team with participants from production, analysis, process engineering and maintenance
Check regularly the customer satisfaction and targets fulfillment in terms of quality
Preparation of regular reports/analysis on customer claims and customer satisfaction
Take part in PFMEA, SPC, PPAP, Control plan activities for serial and new products
Creating Inspection instruction
Responsible for proper management of internal and external claims through 5Whys, 8D and Ishikawa
Compliance with all quality management procedures required by Quality Standards – ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016
Bachelor’ degree in Technical specialty
Knowledge of automotive core tools – APQP, PPAP, Control plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA
Experience in Quality Management or Manufacturing/Engineering 1 year
Knowledge in quality tools – Ishikawa, 5Whys, Pareto analysis and etc.
Compliance with all quality management procedures required by Quality Standards – ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016;
Knowledge in IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and VDA standards
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
Good level English language – written and spoken
Proactive person with good communications skills. To be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
