We are currently looking to hire an ENGINEER, MEASUREMENTS AND CALIBRATION for our team.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with 3D Coordinate machine, standard measuring methods, microscope etc.;
Measurements of plastic, metal parts and tooling;
Preparing of measurement reports;
Measurements of samples related to new projects;
Making statistical analyses – SPC and MSA;
Calibration of devices used for measurements;
Verification of the devices that cannot be adjusted;
Creating instructions for calibration and verification of the equipment;
Collaboration with external laboratories;
Working with ERP System;
Maintain a database with certificates and documents;
Calibration / verification after machines maintenance;
Compliance with all quality management procedures required by Quality Standards – ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016;
Bachelor’ degree in Technical specialty;
Required background in metrology;
Required experience in measurements
Knowledge of statistical tools – SPC, MSA and etc.;
Experience in Quality Management or Manufacturing/Engineering 1 year
Knowledge in quality tools – Ishikawa, 5Whys, Pareto analysis
Compliance with all quality management procedures required by Quality Standards – ISO 9001: 2015, IATF 16949: 2016;
Knowledge in Microsoft Office;
Good level English language – written and spoken;
Proactive person with good communications skills. To be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
Motivated and self-confident;
