(LPPD). The purpose of this declaration is to inform you about the most important aspects of the processing of your personal data on our website.
What happens with your data after you get in contact with us?
When you write to us via the website form or when you send us an e-mail, we store your data for a period of 12 months, in order to be able to process your request as well as to be able to answer your subsequent questions. We shall not share this information with third parties without your explicit agreement!
Personal data storage
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in order to facilitate the two-way communication and the subsequent execution of would-be contractual relations, we store your IP address as well as your names, e-mail and telephone number for the purpose of feedback. Apart from the above, we can also store additional personal data such as: name, father’s name, surname, contact data (e-mail, telephone number and correspondence address, skype), date and place of birth, identification number and constant address for natural persons or company name, business address, company telephone, surname and contact data for company employees, state of establishment and tax identification number, including bank accounts data, photos and video image as well as any other information connected with the above in compliance with the applicable legislation. We need the personal data which you provide in order to be able to fulfill our contractual or pre-contractual obligations to you. We do not grant these data to third parties apart from the cases when the collected personal data can be given to “BULLTEK“ OOD partners who shall act as personal data processing persons on behalf of “BULLTEK“ OOD and have undertaken to comply with all applicable norms for personal data protection. We take into consideration the condition that the respective information can be used only within the limitations set by the legal grounds used for the data collection or by your personal agreement with regards to the processing made on behalf of “BULLTEK“ OOD and we also bear in mind that this information has to be treated as confidential. If the negotiation process is not completed, we shall destroy all personal data that you have provided. If a bilateral contract is signed on the grounds of art. 6, par. 1, items (a) and (b) of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we shall store all data under the contract till the expiry of the 10-year period provided for in art. 12 of the Accounting Act

Our website uses the so called “cookies”. These are small text files which are created in the browser and stored in your end device. We use them in order to maintain our website as easy for use. Right to be informed about your personal data
Upon your request we shall provide you information on the personal data we have for you. In order to ensure complete control over your information, you have a comprehensive set of rights which you can exercise in order to determine how we process your data.
Right to correct and complete your data
If you inform us respectively, we shall correct the inaccurate information about you. If you inform us respectively, we shall complete the incomplete data about you on the condition that this data is required for the declared purposes for processing of your data.
Right to erase your data
Upon your request we shall erase the data we have on you. But some data can be erased only after the expiry of a certain period for their storage, i.e. as far as we are obliged in some cases by law to keep data or as far as we require this data in order to meet our contractual obligations towards you.
Right to demand your data to be blocked
In some case provided for by the law, we shall block your data upon your request. The blocked data will be further processed only to a very limited extend.
Right to withdraw your consent
You can withdraw at any time the consent you have once given for the processing of your data starting from that moment on. The processing of your data remains legal and unaffected by your decision until your consent is withdrawn.
Right to object against the processing of your data
You can object at any time against the processing of your data as of that moment onward if we process you data on one of the legal grounds according to the meaning of art.6, par.1, item (e) or item (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Upon your objection, we shall stop the processing of your data unless there are convincing and lawful grounds for its further collection. The processing of your data for the purposes of the direct marketing will never be considered as a convincing and lawful ground
Right of data portability
Upon your request we can provide you with certain information in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format.
Right of complaint before a competent supervisory authority
If you consider that by processing your personal data, we violate the decrees for personal data protection or if you think that your rights under these regulations have been violated in some way, you can address the competent administrative body. In Bulgaria this is the Personal Data Protection Commission.
