Stamping Presses: 12 presses for calibration and press tools, including 7 automatic and 5 manual stamping presses with a tonnage range from 50 to 800 tons, operating with sheet steel in coils and flat formats
Bending: 4 CNC hydraulic press brakes - 160 tons. The maximum material capacity is 2830 mm x 1000 mm, with bending angles ranging from 70o to 180o
Welding: 3 resistance welding (ERW) machines, 4 manual welding machines, 4 semi – automatic robotic welding units, 3 fully robotic welding machines, and 2 hardening machines
CNC Milling: 6 CNC milling machines equipped with Fanuc and Siemens controls: one 5-axis machines with two workstations, one 3-axis machine with a single workstation, four 4-axis machines, each with two workstations
CNC Turning: 4 Nexturn CNC lathes
Riveting: 4 manual riveting machines and 1 robotic riveting unit

Thermoplastic machinery: our injection molding machines park includes 64 units thermoplastic machines with a tonnage of 35 up to 500 tons. The materials supported by the Thermoplastic machinery park includes: PA, PA6, PA66, PP, PE, POM, PC, PSU, PPS, PS and ABS.
Thermoset machinery: our injection molding machines park includes 15 units thermoset machines with a tonnage of 270 up to 560 tons. The materials supported by the Thermoset machinery park includes: BMC (Bulk Molding Compound), PF (Phenolic Molding Compound), MF (Melamine Molding Compound).
Bulltek is equipped with 9 Thermoset injection molding machines, used for massed production of small, complex, and precise components by injecting thermoset material into a heated mold
Bulltek is equipped with 6 Thermoset compression molding machines, used for molding large, simpler thermoset parts by pressing the material into a heated mold

CNC Milling: Our machine park, dedicated to use in the Tool shop, includes 4 CNC milling machines with Fanuc control – featuring 3 axes and pallet stations – as well as 2 universal milling machines
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM): Our machine park includes 4 die-sinking EDM machines and 3 wire-cut EDM (WEDM) machines
Grinding machines: Our equipment includes 6 machines for surface and cylindrical grinding
